Hi…I just learned I was pregnant after my first IVF attempt! This was after 6 failed IUI’s. My first blood test revealed my HCG level was 101. A week later my HCG level only went up to 659 so my Dr. was concerned. She said it should be about 1000, so they called me back for an OB ultrasound and more bloodwork this week. Any one ever encounter this problem? Some websites say it should double every 48-72 hours, so it seems like it did? Just curious if anyone has ever dealt with low hcg levels. Thanks.

Keep your head up. I had an IUI on the 28th of Aug. My HCG level on the 10th was only 58.5. On the following Mon it was only 169, Wed 299, Fri 525. Yesterday it was 1695, but they could not see a sac. Went in this morning and they found the sac. My numberr grew slowly, but everything seems find. Keep praying and everything will work out.
