last month my hcg level was rising (18000)now iam in my 11th week started spotting i went for another blood test hcg level was (4900) does this mean miscarriage?

First of all to sara how dare you say that! Are you a doctor??? You obviously do not know what you are talking about. In the first 8 weeks of your HGC count should continue to go up and should double every 24-48 hours. After week 8 it should reach a peak and then start to go back down. At week 16 you will probally not have any detectable hgc and if you take a pregnancy test it would be normal for it to say you are not pregnate at all.
