Normal Urine Test With Stones

I am 22 wks pregnant and had what they assumed was a kidney stone when I was not pregnant. I have now had horrible pain for the last 6-7 days. I went to the hospital and they say it sounds like stones but only did urinalysis tests. Should I request and ultrasound or just take my tylenol, drink water, and bear it. I am a student and need to be at my rotations. Any suggestions to make the stones pass quicker?
