I just wanted to let any women know that if you are experiencing pregnancy symptoms, and it is not showing up on a pregnancy test you should go to the doctor, because often times a tubal pregnancy does not show up on them. You don't produce the same amount of hcg with a tubal, and it makes it harder to detect. back in Dec 2004 my husband and I were trying to get pregnant, and I got a strange period the next month. I had spotting before it was due, then about one day of heavy bleeding after it was due, and some more spotting for a couple of days. I had not been feeling well, and a doctor had told me that I might be fighting off a virus and that could mess with your period. I had a bad feeling though, and it turns out I should have mentioned it to him because I was right. On Feb 28th 2005 My fallopian tube ruptured, causing severe pain and emergency surgery. I had just found out a week prior to that I was pregnant, because it finally showed up on the test. I was around 8 weeks pregnant. A full month longer than I thought. My test the prior month was negative. I was excited to be pregnant, but that feeling was in the back of my mind. I did not want to believe it. I am very lucky to be alive, and doctor said I still have a 70% chance to have more children.
