So, my gf had s_x without protection and I never ejaculated in or around her but I was near the peak. The next day, just to be safe we got the plan B pill and the day after she took the pill she started getting cramps and nauseous... couple days later the nausea went away but her br___ts started to get tender and all of this is also roughly around the time she menstruates. But, the problem is is that my gf doesn't "bleed" normally... she maybe only needs to use a tampon 3 or 4 times a year, so I am wondering if she is pregnant or if she is just menstruating...

Cramps and nausea along with bleeding is what happens when you take the plan B pill. It can last for a couple days. Her b___sts are probably tender because when you take that pill it is essentially giving you your period, shedding the lining of the uterus and causing the bleeding. This all sounds very normal for taking the plan B pill, next time use protection instead of the pull and pray and you wont have to go through this. Hope this eased your mind.
