MLMP was on 27-03-11 my EDD is 02-01-12 i am pregnant with a boy i had s_x on april 10th -12 th which date did i get pregnant

With LMP 27-Mar-11 and a regular 28 day cycle, theoretical ovulation would have been 10-Apr-11. If your cyle is sometimes 30 days, that would give 12-Apr-11. There is a couple of days leeway each way in those calculations, so the bottom line is there is no way to tell with any certainty. If your cycle is always 27 days or less, the 10-Apr-11 is more likely.
