I have been having my normal heavy periods every month (sometimes with clots) and Ive taken 10 pregnancy test at home and they are all negative. However I have been feeling movement in my abdomen like a baby kicking me or rolling over. Sometimes around my belly button and other times under my rib cage... Maybe a muscle spasm?? I dont know but its totally painless, it just freaks m out. I got so freaked out one time and went to the ER, the doctor did a urine pregnancy test there and he took xrays of my abdomen. Pregnancy test was negative and he said there was a moderate amount of stool in my colon. He wrote me a script for miralx and sent me on my way. This is my only symptom. Im still having these movements and its driving me insane :( Has anyone else had this experience? Do you think he is right? Is it my colon or am I really pregnant??

WorriedH, I don't usually try to outguess doctors. Take yet another home test if you wish. Google Images "colon" to understand why the doc thinks this is a colon issue. Perhaps you could empty it completely to see if the signs go away. Is your diet good - half fruit and veg, quarter grain, quarter protein? Are you over or underweight? Do you get plenty of exercise? Good luck!

Thank you for answering... I am about 40 pounds over weight, I dont eat the right amount of fruits or veggies and I dont exercise. :/ I do have 2 new symptoms, this morning when I woke up my right ovary was hurting, now both are hurting and my lower back hurts. Maybe Im ovulating? And I wanted to ask you, if I was pregnant wouldnt it of shown up on the xray if I was far enough along?

I'm all the way with the doctor on thinking you are not pregnant, but take another test anyway. Idk on the x-ray - don't they avoid x-rays if they think you might be pregnant? Something odd is going on with your body. Could it be a hormonal thing that will go away if you get in better shape? Please come back when you finally get resolution - it helsp the knowledge base. GL!

Thank you again for the reply. Yes something odd is going on... Just hope I find out what. I have been researching and there are some women that have some of the same symptoms as me and it turns out they have PCOS. I do have a few of the symtoms, excessive hair growth, weight gain... Etc... I know I need to go to the doctors and get my hormones checked and def get checked for PCOS. Ill update and let you know if I ever get a answer.
