Hi, since finding out I am pregnant, my fiance and I have continued to have s_x, but he will not ejaculate inside me. He is concerned for the safety of the baby and the effect if may have on my pregnancy. Does anyone have any information that might ease his mind about the safety of getting off?

The sperm won't even go anywhere. Your cervix becomes tightly closed when you are pregnant, so the little swimmers have no where to go but back out the way they came.
