i JUST read an answer from someone who said sperm can take 1 hr or 1hr 1/2 to fertilize..i took a "plan B" pill about 30-45 minutes afer having s_x,, and i was in an upright position..ppl say that if ur laying down it helps the sperm to travel faster!?? so if i suppose it wasnt exactly "way up there"..so what are my chances of the pill helping emediately?

The "plan b" or "morning after" pill stop an egg from being released,or they may stop a fertilised egg from implanting itself in the womb. The position you were in does not matter.
