Last Wed I had horrible pains on the right lower side almost like ovulation and cramps combined sitting standing nothing helped I finally took a motrin and they seemed to stop. I know it wasn't ovulation pains because I was due to ovulate the week before. So I was due for AF yesterday Oct 1st I had nothing all day and then last night I went to the bathroom wiped and had very lite spots of brown not red not pink but brown no AF. Today I wake up and still no AF I have been using the bathroom quite frequently today very lite cramp can't hardly feel them almost like a slight gas pain. I have broken out all over my face was a little sick to my stomach this morning but nothing too bad no vomiting I don't have tender br___ts. My back does hurt I have been kinda tired but I think thats just lack of sleep as I have been having trouble sleeping for soome reason recently.
I should say I was pregnant before but last the baby in my 4th month. With that pregnancy I had all the symptoms I had really bad morning sickness very tender br___ts and the acne.
Could I be pregnant? Is pain a week before brown spotting a sign of pregnancy? Culd that pain last week of been from implantation? I'm nervous and I'm going to take a pregnancy test after work, but I just wanted some feedback from you all to prepare myself. Anything would help Thanks in advance... J

The chances are you are pregnant!! Thats how i felt when I was pregnant with my son i did not get brown discharge though. but you should take the test to be sure.
