I have been searching and searching for the answer in various websites, but could not find the answer. So i'm asking for your help! I came on this website when I was expecting my first (2 year old beautiful daughter) and may be pregnant with another. I have NEVER had a "regular" period, and wondering how soon one in my situation would know if they were pregnant. My period does not come regularly; it comes whenever it feels like--meaning anywhere from 28-96 days. I have the "feeling" i'm pregnant, but pregnancy tests show negative. I have some (not all) of the symptoms. Whenever it is asked "When should I test to see if I'm pregnant" the answer always is "when you miss your period" but I don't know when I miss it :) like I said, it is definitely not regular. Can anyone help or have the same situation?

Symptoms oftn start about implantation time, or a week before you would have got your period. If you have had these "feelings" for a couple or three weeks already, you could be reasonably sure of the results of a pee test, first morning urine, dip method. Morning sickness is usually bad weeks 7 thru 12. Good luck!

Thanks! I am going to call my doc monday to get a blood test. I just didn't want to go in there if I'm not (or make an appt unnecessarily). I think that's the best way since the home pregnancy tests are currently saying I'm negative. Thanks for taking the time to post, much appreciated!
