Birth Control Pregnancy Problems

I'm currently taking the generic Lupin birth control (It's a 3 month pack), and in my second week I missed 3 pills in a row. I took two when I finally remembered, but I also take them at irregular times quite often. I've been spotting rather heavily the last week and a half/getting really bad cramps. My boyfriend and I have s_x almost every day and we do not use protection. Do you think I'm pregnant or am I just paranoid??
