i am on the pill and had to take antibiotics for 8 days, i use no back up contraction as i thought i would be ok as it wa only 7 days after my period, but for the last few days i have be feeling really tired and extremly hungry and have been feeling strange tightening feeling in my stomach like the ones i got when i first got pregnant with my 1st little girl, but i still seem to be getting my bleed during my 7 day break, could i still be pregnant,

I dont think I understand your question. When was your last period? How old are you?

If you've had a period it is rather unlikely even though antibiotics can reduce the pill's effectiveness. Take a test to be sure though (and put your mind at rest). Next time use backup protection regardless of where you are in your cycle.
