Its possible, but it would be shorter, not as heavy and usually a darker almost brown color. Its best to go to your doc if you are pregnant and bleeding.

A VERY few do but most women don't so like jenniferjo said if you experience ANY bleeding go to the doctor. I had bleeding with my 2nd preg (at 13wks) & the doctor said I was lucky cause it was only a threatened miscarriage & the baby was fine. If you have bleeding see the doc just in case.
