I had s_x with my boyfriend on the morning of May 8 and later on in the day I got my period. Is there a chance I could be pregnant because my nipples are a little sore.

If you were due for your period & it came on time than no not unless you have an extremely short cycle (about every 14days). You always ovulate approx 14days before your next period, so if you have a fairly regular cycle (eg: every 28days) just count back 14days from your next due period & it will give you an approx ovulation date.
