Need Some Help So Confused

I normally have very regular periods on 16th every month but last month (nov) I had a two day bleed which was quite light and on the 11th til 13th so it was early. I did a pregnancy test on 18th because someone said it could of been implantation bleeding but it came back negative! Now it's 11th and still no period. Should I wait til 16th to see if it comes then :/ I'm so confused, there's no sore br___t or anything. Except for the past few days I'v been feeling quite nauseous. Anybody's opinions would be great x

Another test would be a good place to start, in case the first test was too early. Use first morning pee which is more concentrated. Some women have very few early pregnancy symptoms, but nausea is most severe weeks 7 thru 12. You would be 10 weeks now counting from your Oct 16th period, from s_x around November 1st. Good luck!

So I tested on 12th and this morning and both are negative! I'v had cramps and twinges on my lower left all week and now my b___st are starting to get really sore. I don't know what to do next :(
