my girlfriend end and i had sex on Saturday she took plan b on Sunday the 28th of December 2014 she gets her period the 12 or 13 of every month so she was supposed to already got her period Tuesday January 2015 she told me that she did not get it . she did bleed or spot for one day last week or so. does this mean she is pregnant or is her period off. what is the chances of her being pregnant.

You had unprotected sex close to her ovulation day so it was a good thing she took Plan B. Then she might have had some implantation spotting. At this stage there is no guarantee that the Plan B worked. Buy a two-pack of pregnancy tests and have her run them on first morning pee at one week intervals. There's about a one in three chance she is pregnant. GL!

well it has been three days and she has not gotten her period. is it possible that she did already get it when she bleed for that one day a week ago

I don't think that short bleed was a period. You are not telling of any early pregnancy signs so you can still hope a period will show in the not distant future. Run a pregnancy test, they aren't that expensive. That way you will have a better answer.

I am having the same issue. I had my last normal period dec20th, we had unprotected sex jan 5th and took plan b jan 7th. I keep track on my period tracker my ovulation day was between the 3rd and the 5th. I was dues for my period jan 17th, I spotted on the 18th but it was so light didn't need a pad or tampon, only when I wiped. So I never got my period, I am now 18days late with 3 negative test. I have lower back pain, headaches, stuffy nose, sensitive to smell and def bloated. Any help would b great
