S_x is usually considered safe at ANY time during pregnancy, but if you have experienced miscarriage previously it might be best to wait until the 2nd trimester or at the very least talk to your doctor. He/she will be able to advise what the best thing is for your personal situation as every woman is different & the miscarriage may not have necessarily been caused from intercourse.

Ask your doctor. First trimester miscarriages are almost always caused by a problem with how the baby is developing and absolutely nothing to do with anything you have done. S_x should be perfectly fine.

Perfectly safe but if I were in your shoes (because I used to have some bleeding by having s_x), I'd prefer woman-on-the-top position since you are in-charge and little harm comes that way.
In any case, talk to your doc :-)
