we have been trying for yrs to get pregnant with no success. a few false alarms. been on clomid no luck. had operation to check everything works and it does. we have s_x every two days. in every position we can. but still no luck. the next step is ivf but im not fond of needles so im worring a bit about that.

Has your husband had his sperm checked? If everything seems ok with you it might be worth getting him checked out.
