hi i don't have anyone to talk about this and am hoping someone can let me know what they think...
my last period was november 4, 2011. I did not have s_x at all in november and not until dec. 5. i was supposed to have my period dec. 6th and never did... i had s_x on dec. 5th with someone and that was the only time with this person. pregnancy test was negative 23 days after that. I still had not gotten a period at that time.
I had s_x with a different man from dec. 15 until jan. 3 and found out i was pregnant on january 6th.
Jan. 7 my hcg levels were 202 and jan 9 were 509.
on feb. 23 ultrasound showed i was 11 weeks 2 days pregnant(CRL 4.48cm) i don't know how accurate that is in dating conception. so today i should be 20 weeks 2 days?(4-27-11)
i am so stressed out every day not knowing. i am now engaged to the second guy and really hope he is the dad. this is a very screwed up situation. When did conception occur?

Your ultrasound calculates back to LMP Dec 5th and last ovulation Dec 19th. That makes "different man" the father. Evidently you did not ovulate or menstruate in the November cycle, but the other ovary did its thing in December. Those first trimester ultrasounds are accurate to within a few days. You should quit worrying. GL!
