2 Days Late But Negative Test?

didn't get my period it's been two days spotting but nothing dark or major but brown discharge and heat flashes.. Mind games or could I be pregnant? Was it to early to take the test at the first day I missed it ?

Maybe. No period and hot flashes are an indication, but fatigue, peeing, breasts, nips, veins, appetite, smells, headache, backache, lotion discharge would be more convincing. Test weekly until 2 weeks late, then consider other causes.
