Am I Pregnant When To Get Pregnancy Test Implantation

I'm 19. It's now Friday. I got my implanon out on Saturday last week. My doctor told me as of the next day there were high chances of getting pregnant. My boyfriend and I have been having s_x. On Wednesday I started getting light pink blood on my tissue paper whe. I went to the bathroom (non on my underwear). Is this implantation bleeding? I have feelings that are a mild version of period pain. Some of my friends that have had babies said they experienced this when going through the implantation stage. HELP!!
