Are Erect Nipples A Sign Of Pregnancy

I am not trying to get pregnant. I have taken the Plan B One Step Pill Seven and a half hours after I had s_x on 3/10/14. its now 3/19/14
Planned Parenthood people have told me that erect nipple and cramping are not a sign of pregnancy. Then when I ask "so the only thing that cramping cannot come from is early pregnancy?" She tells me "no that is not correct". But erect nipples and cramping, is that pregnancy or no?

"Porn star nipples" are occasionally reported on this site as an early pregnancy sign as are weird cramps. Unusual fatigue is very common. Wait until you are sure your period is late or light, then test using first morning pee. GL!
