When I wiped yesterday,(February 8th)there was dark blood on the toliet paper, my period should have came on February 6th, so I assumed I started my period. I put in a Tampon, a couple hours later I used the bathroom and there's was barely any blood on the Tampon. I put in a new tampon anyways and when I went to the bathroom, there was no blood at all. So I just kept on a panty liner. When I went to the bathroom again, there was nothing in the panty liner. Today (February 9th) I woke up and used the bathroom and there's still no blood. I took two pregnancy test and they came back negative. Am I tested too early? What should I do? I've read multiple articles about how it could be implantion bleeding but I don't know but I do know it wasn't normal period blood, because it was super dark then like a pinkest color on the Tampon. Should I wait to see if my period comes? Or go to the doctors?

No list of early pregnancy signs says the chance of that is pretty low, confirmed by two tests. You could maybe wait until missing a second period before spending money on a doc.
