im 39weeks and 3 days pregnant , im having pains that are worser then period pains - cramping , diarrhea & nausea .
does this mean im going into Labour??

It sure could be! I remember with the birth of my first daughter. They had stripped my membranes and I started having somewhat mild to moderate cramping, just like I was going to start my period. I thought it was just from them stripping the membranes, I didn't think they were actual contractions. They were though! I was having them really low, and I had always thought contractions were all over....not mine. I only felt them really sharp, and really low. Can you time the crampy feeling? Does it go away and then come back?

yeah it goes away then comes back
and i find it hard to get up when i sit down or lay down
its to painful to move..
