JULIA - no Friday is my last day of work then I start my leave

CeeCee - LOL Goldie Locks - my hubby calls me the princess and the pea because I toss and turn so much before getting comfortable. HILLARY - my favorite baby shower game - requires diapers but is so fun....You take 5 or 6 of your favorite candy bars and melt one candy bar in each diaper and melt it in the microwave then you pa__s them around and people have to really examine them to guess what kind of candy bar they are it's really funny .....there are word mix up games and lots of stuff on the internet if you google baby shower games....have fun! the diaper game is fun and they make good pictures

tina----------i know stupids i dont know my next appt isnt untill the 12th =[ pooppy but hopefully im not pregnant then. im so sick of this ive talked to my doctors nurse they said the primerose oil & running & walking & squats are best. so thats what im on now i guess including the s_x haha

HILLARY- i know a great games that we played at my shower. it was fun. well the 1st one is you get a rope not too long right and you get pins the ones they use to use to dry clothes up back n the days place them on the rope about 20 the most. what the person has to do is unattach the pins saying what a baby needs. they need to put one hand behind there back and they have to keep collecting them if one falls they lose.. who ever gets the most pins wins. its really fun believe me.. ANOTHER ONE- is a game just like hot potatoe but instead of a potatoe its a baby doll. u put music and they have to pa__s around the baby n when the music stops they are out. and who ever is last standing wins. i have pics i can show u let me know what you think.

KENDRA, don't forget nipple stimulation!!!! Seriously I was told about it in my childbirth cla__s! HILLARY, for games, some are: have everyone cut a piece of string to how long they think it needs to be to go around your belly. Then they all put it around your waist and whoever gets closest to getting your exact measurement wins. Another is having a tray and put a bunch of baby stuff on it and then show it to all the guests for a minute. Then take it away and have everyone write down all the things they can remember. Whoever remembers the most wins. Another is to pa__s out baby diaper pins (or clothespins) to each guest when they come and have them put it on their shirt -- then if someone says the word "baby" anytime during the party someone else can take their pin and whoever ends up at the finish of the party with the most pins wins. I also found that at a party store here they sell baby shower game books with games listed. You can find online too like Tina said.

stef- what about nipple stimulation what do we do.

KENDRA - LOL - well Strad ummm well yeah he stimulates your nipples - you could to that before the s_x....LOL - I crack myself up - actually there is some kind of actual technique you can find online if you google "nipple stimulation to bring on labor" sorry to be such a jokester I just couldn't resist...LOLOL.....

KENDRA - here is the article I found----To stimulate the release of oxytocin, you must mimic the suckling of a baby. When a baby suckles, he does not grab just the nipple, but actually ma__sages the areola (dark circle around the nipple). The areola can be orally ma__saged by the mother's partner, the mother's toddler who is still nursing or by a friend's newborn (babies under 6 weeks will tend to suckle any woman). The mother may prefer to ma__sage her own areola. To do this she can rub the areola in a gentle rolling way with her palm or fingers. This can be done through thin clothing. NOTE: Nipple stimulation can have very strong effects, similar to the overuse of Pitocin (synthetic oxytocin). For this reason various experts have given recommendations on its use. Here are some recommendations I have seen at various sources: Only ma__sage one b___st at a time Only ma__sage a nipple for 5 minutes, wait up to 15 minutes to see what happens before continuing with the ma__sage. Do not stimulate the b___st during a contraction. Do not use nipple stimulation after the contractions are 3 minutes apart or 1 minute long.

Oh, and Kendra, I've heard the pineapple thing too but you need to eat lots of it! Hell, I don't know for sure because I've never done it but what I read said you need to eat quite a bit to get the effect. Sounds like you are on your way:)

KENDRA - LOL - poor thing - look on the bright side you are going to have a tight a__s and shapely legs from all of those squats....LOL .....yes make sure you text any time day or night...I want to be in the loop.

KENDRA watch out for pineapple it always jacks up my tongue.....I am excited for another one of us to go.....I am excited to have my baby but I am not excited about the recovery physically......yeow!! I know it is all worth it in the end but still.....heee beee jeee beeess ...LOLOL

Girls, I think I got bigger just today! I laid down for a nap and when I went to get up I could barely do it and then when I stood up it felt like my belly was suddenly pulling down in front and just felt SO much heavier!!! Then Jessie came home and I was wearing a stretchy tank (it is getting so hot even with the a/c on) and he looked at me and goes "WHOA! Your belly is huge! Did that just happen today?" I swear it is so weird because i noticed and then he did shortly after. I wonder what that is all about? I'm going to do a 36 week pic on Thursday or Friday. That will be it until the day I go to the hospital...I'll have Jessie take one then too.
