Kendra, are they still dying down? Try the water thing (drink lots!) and if that doesn't stop it then I bet you are on your way!

STEF - I know I am totally excited - I emailed you so you can give me your number -I got that idea from the June mommies I jumped on their thread being nosey and saw they were all texting each other ...LOL it's going to be a long 4 weeks especially since I'll have 3 weeks off of work before hand! LOL - I have lots to do to keep me busy though

Definitely not good to be pukey sick! Also if you are like 2.5cm don't they have to do something soon? I would think that could lead to infection?I have no idea...I know very little about labor other than the basics I learned in cla__s.

OK HEATHER UPDATE---- LIttle Nevin has been moved to a hospital closer to her and she doesn't have to travel and hour and 1/2 each way - she's super excited he's started eating from a bottle and he now weighs 4 lbs 3 oz last week he was 3 pounds 10 oz so he's doing really really well. So he could go home a just a few short weeks! SWEET - I told Heather we are all so happy for her and glad that things are going so well for her STEF I told her what you said last time too....I also gave her my cell and if she gives me hers I'll let you guys know! ok? STEF - some women walk around at 3-4 cm a few weeks before labor and so long as your water doesn't break you are good - I am really anxious to see if I am dialated at my appt next Wednesday that really isn't an indicator or anything but it sure will be nice to know everything is progressing along.

TINA, do you think my doc will check me next week? My appt. is in one week -- next Friday. I'll be 36 weeks. Actually my doctor is measuring me like a day behind because when I saw her last Thursday she said I was "measuring 34 weeks", but that I was 33 weeks 5 days (I was 33 weeks 6 days). Who knows...I know when I conceived, lol. Anyways, I'm afraid she'll say I'm not QUITE 36 weeks and not check me till the next week.... :( ha ha, how impatient am I? I just want to know if I've started any progression at all. I don't even know if Ava's dropped yet! Everyone says it looks like it, but I've carried low the whole pregnancy and I don't feel much different "down there" if you know what i mean.

Oh! i emailed you too...and thank you so much for the update on Heather!!! I can't wait to see new pics of him and I am so so so glad that he is doing well :)

STEF - Most doctors start their internal exams at 36 weeks this way each week they have something to gauge your progress - I'd say if you are 35 weeks 6 days then she would check yo - hey insist on it - YOU are the patient and YOU want to know! I can see that we are all going to start getting impatient and antsy for stuff to start happening.....ok ladies this really is the home stretch and starting next week anyone of us could go at any minute - so girls what I want to say is that we all have our dreams built up of how the birth is going to go - so remember that in the end so long as you end up ok and your baby is healthy that is what is important - so try not to get disappointed if things don't go how you imagined or hoped - ok enough sap for now I'll pour some more on later.

ok i need to vent right now really bad. ok the thing with my shower got worked out and the fundraiser is being done on a different day, BUT now i feel like im planning my shower myself. i should not be giving myself a baby shower. my bff said that she would help pay for the park reservation but she has not then we have to pay for the meat to be cooked, she has not offered to pay for that either. she is leaving to go out of town two days before the shower and has to drive back early the morning of to make it on time. im having to find people to help decorate and everything. wow i cant even believe this. i should not have to go thru this should i. she told me that she was throwing my shower but yet im doing all the work and forking out all the money for it. im p__sed off. i feel like saying forget it. its too much stress on me right now. i have enough going on. but i dont think i should have to say anything to her. HELP ME UNDERSTAND!!!!!!

Hey girls...Kendra how exciting...I had false labor I think last night...geeze it sucks. I probably wont make it to July, and Im so excited my baby shower is next week. I want to at least hold of till then lol. It was so painful last night...started around 9:00 pm and didn't let off until like 8:00 the next morning...really bad back pains that went into like period type cramps. I didn't go to L&D like I should have probably done..my back still hurts bunches. All day today. I think its just the possition Brooklynn is in..I can feel her head right above my pelvic bone...Like way way down there...so Im not to sure what to do. I have been drinking lots more water, and trying to walk around even though it kills me. My hips are in such bad shape now...they ache all the time. Anyone else have this problem? Plus I've been gettin like this really like gooey, uh booger like discharge...*tmi i know* its definatly different. Well anyways. 35 w today YAY!

stef- i was at l & d at 230am my time till8am i am dilated to 3cms having constant contractions but its not making me dilate im more prone to infection so they suggested wlaking to get me going; they are getting stronger so hopefully i will be in full labor & done. once i get to 4 cms they cant do anything i will be in active labor at that point= only if i could get there im in so much pain, ill keep you ladies posted
