about the pooping thing - well, I didn't really care. I knew it would happen so I just figured why worry. well, I did know when it happened - because (TMI) I smelled something and I asked my dh if I had pooped and he lied and said no honey, but I just started laughing cuz ... I knew I did. :) It was the least of my worries though. Sorry about your MIL Disko - I would totally freak out if I got stuck in your situation. I would just tell her she can stay for X amount of time and she needs to come up with a plan. She's an adult and needs to be able to take care of herself...and not throw herself on a family as big as yours! She's capable of working, right??? Doesn't sound like there's anything physically wrong with her is there? How old is she???

LOL dawn my husband would never let me hear the end of it if I pooed on the table. A lot of women do because you've gotta think, if you're pushing out a baby you're gonna push out everything else too. You guys really do lose all humility by the time your done. There will be all these people seeing and touching you down there and if you b___stfeed you get somebody messing with your b___bs too. If you have an epidural, they give you these little fishnet looking boyshort panties and lift your legs up to change the pad because they're numb lmao and for whatever reason I had to have a nurse with me the first time I peed, which was in a little container attatched to the toilet so they could measure it, and my muscles kept cramping because I'd had a cathader in and it didn't help the fact somebody was standing there. Oh man fun stuff lol being in the hospital really made me not look forward to delivery because all the c___p they do to you. I feel like I have to go through it all twice now because of that. disko - why the hell can't she just live by herself? I know you said she mopes around but is she clinically depressed or something? I remember moving out and my mom coming over constantly trying to act like she ran my house (well townhouse at the time). My in laws came to stay with us for a week last year and I love them, but even that being said I was happy to have my home back to myself. Thanks gabby :) I did the single mom thing for a while because I mean, I was dating my husband, but I lived on my own and supported myself. It can deffinately be tough but at the same time it makes you feel like nobody can touch you, very empowering. fefer - I've had that happen a few times, I actually lost my balance and almost fell over last night walking to my bed. Mine is from low blood pressure, my meds make it drop and getting up can make it drop more. Deffinately try to make sure to keep something yummy in the tummy lol because that can make you feel faint.

yeah, you do lose all humility. :) I had the epidural too - and I hated not being able to move and have them change my pads - but then again, I got to be lazy for a while. I was so tired that afterwards, when I had my first pee and they give you the spray bottle, I squatted over the toilet to spray myself clean and it didn't work very well - I made a mess - and the nurse was like hey sit down and do it stupid! Ok, she didn't say stupid but I know she was thinking it. :) It was 3am and I hadn't had any sleep for 24 hours. haha..I felt so stupid. I'll try to keep food in my belly but it's hard to with a toddler running you ragged. I just painted the new baby room! It's almost done - have to wait for my dh to get home to help me move some of the furniture in there so I can finish. The bed won't budge at all!! It weighs a TON! Once the room is done being painted I'll move my dd over there and get her set up ... yay, getting closer to being done!

Haha oh man I completely forgot about the squirt bottle! Spraying myself with it was supposed to help me pee and she even tried turning on the faucet so there was running water lmao I couldn't sleep after I had my daughter and I was worn out. I wish I was close to getting anything done. All that's clean is the living room. I'm going to ask them to specify what 'activity as tolerated - mostly bedrest' means because I'd love to do some little chores around the house. Try to get some stuff at the grocery store that's fast to make or that you can snack on. I dunno how you feel about protien shakes but a boost plus might help. I'm so happy to finally have some food in this house! I haven't really checked out the fridge, freezer, and cabinets but from looking at the reciepts it looks like he might have done *okay*

Doesnt it feel SO nice to have that almost done! I know I felt SOooooo happy after I did my house over - now I have the outside finished well just about finished I have to paint some little things - but when I look at it - it looks like a new house ..thanks to chastidys dad lol he did the back two doors today and the shutters he was here ALL day poor guy ... i told him I would take him to eat at red lobsters next week after he gets out of work one day for all the work he did - I bought him some stuff he wanted for his house yesterday as payment but it only equalled up to like $150 and he installed 3 doors,4 shutters, mailbox and doorbell .. Im so happy!!

Aw you guys are making me so jealous! If I get through a few more weeks I can get some stuff done around here. Talking about cutting your daughters hair made me really realize how long my munchkins is. I think I FINALLY found a way to manage it. Her hair is so long and curly that it would have the most aweful knots in the morning. We always keep it in a ponytail because it falls in her face and it just gets all matted throughout the day. I decided to put it in a braid and now the pieces can't get all tangled like they do so that's been working really well all week. Brushing her hair no longer seems like a form of torture.

ohh - a haircut!! I need one sooo bad! Mine is down to my waist - I think - it's hard to say when I don't have one anymore! haha..I haven't cut it since I got pregnant and I probably should before the baby gets here cuz I will NOT have time then. I want to go to the spa and get pampered- haircut, nails, toes, ma__sage, facial....wouldn't it be nice?? sigh...I need to go shopping and get more meat but I just don't have much desire to eat it these days. I want pizza really bad! mmmm!!! A protein shake is a good idea - I should try that! My dh has some nasty smelling protein powder that he drinks - but I'm not touching that! He drinks it before bed then breathes on me while I'm trying to go to sleep - it makes me want to gag...

Haha fefer you should get some breath spray and sneak attack him at night when he does that. I really like the chocolate slim fast plus or boost, they taste pretty good to me. I've tried to many protien bars and the only one I found I like is the slimfast optima cookie dough one. dawn - the food makes such a difference doesn't it? After I finally got to eat some crackers and stuff in the hospital the nurse was checking the printout and was like he likes that juice look at how active he got lol I bet those pictures will be really cute

aw dawn she really does look so grown up. Did they straighten her hair or is it just straight like that on it's own?

haha she does right?!
my big girl! She has like a semi wavy hair and for some reason the front gets a lil frizzy so they blew it out and then flat ironed it so I will have to maintain that lol but I dont wash her hair much to begin with - we will wash her hair once a week and style it like that.
