Hi there ladies. Thought I would join here since I am due June 25th. I am already close to 2 cm dialated and 90% effaced, but boy do I feel like she is never gonna come out. My doctor told me that I will probably deliver early, but then other drs are telling me I cold go past my due date which majority of 1st pregnancies do. The baby's head is so low that I am having horrible pains in my pelvic area that at first I thought were contractions. We went to the hospital and they said the head was so low that it was pucshing on my bladder and causing the pain. It is so panful i can't even get up from sitting sometimes. I go back to the drs. on Tuesday and I feel like asking them to induce me b/c of the pain. All of my girlfriends have been early with their 1st babies (10 days or so) I would love to have that too just to stop the pain. Everyone is so great here that I felt so comfortable about sharing my story. Thanks everyone and congrats on our little ones.

Hey jal239 :) welcome to our little family lol. Im due june 14th mine is a girl too and also my first.. I just know shes going to be over due. I know how you feel about the baby being so low it hurts.. I have a hard time sleeping because if I try to roll over it feels like my pelvis will crack in half. anyway.. welcome.

oh my gosh, christie you crack me up how you talk. You must be really bubbly in person and full of energy. :) haha..we went to dinner and I ate lots of salad and pasta and ... dessert. It was this place called Zoopas which is basically an all you can eat salad, soup and pasta kinda place. I like it but tim hates it. :) I wanted something light and healthy and ended up with two brownies and two bowls of tapioca pudding. MMMM - then we came home and took rachel for a walk instead of going to the mall since the rain let up.We saw 2 deer on our walk - so nice! The birds were all chirping - all the neighbors were talking and whispering (why hasn't she had her baby yet). :) Now it's almost 9 and I'm so tired - got no nap. JAL239- hey, I know how you feel. For the last 5-6 weeks I've been in loads of pain with a babe shoved between my pelvic bones. I was induced with my daughter and personally wouldn't recommend it unless you really have to. It's just an iffy thing -some labors go really long if your body isn't ready. Hang in there! Hey, I managed to go 4 days past my due date and I'm still alive. :) Miserable, but alive. :) Oh, I was 3cm and 80% effaced since 35 weeks - finally made it to 4cm and 90% this week!!! Anyways....ladies...I want Gabby's story!! Earlier today I was wondering if I read it and forgot it cuz I can't remember anything anymore - but I was pretty sure she hadn't posted it yet.

oh my gosh you had me freaked out for a second there! :) I thought I really was losing it - but I was pretty sure she hadn't!! haha..hey, we're still pregnant and can use that excuse! yahoo!!

hehe yeah.. preggo brain! and after we have babies we can blame sleep deprivation! sweet, we are set on excuses for not remembering things for awhile :)

Im sooo excited for my appointment on tuesday :)) my doc is gona do a membrane sweep (I hear it hurts but dang it Im ready for something painful after all these dumb "contractions") the due date that my 20 week US gave was june 11th (they didnt change it cause it was so close to the 14th anyway) it would be cool if the sweep put me into labor and I ended up laboring into the next day and delivered on my 20 week US calculated due date. lol I think of this weird stuff to much lol...

well if we're going to do it how about tomorrow?? I'm really really tired of being pregnant. :) I think I'm gonna try a hot bath tonight and...maybe...maybe...s_x. If I can talk my hubby into getting it on with a whale. hahahaha!!!!

LOL... that whale comment made me laugh :) thanks for that. Im down for tomorrow! my step mom sent me a message on myspace today it said "Im bored I think Kaelyn should come out an play" hehe I agree, I think tomorrow is a good day!
