Oh my it seems like we've each had our fair shot of troubles! I'm going for the fetal a__sessment appointment today, a little nervous but I think things are steady now. I did have some nasty mentrual type cramps Sunday night and then on Monday for a few hours. I wasn't contracting with them so I relaxed with my daughter for a while. I'm at a 2 as well, as of 28 weeks but they hadn't given me any steriods.

Are you on Trabuteline (sp?) That's what I was on with my son to stop the contractions...I wasn't dilated just 80-90% effaced at 30 weeks. Brit..good luck! Girls...everyone hang on...only a short time to go!

Just got back from seeing my midwife. She scared me! She told me the baby was breech and I said, "I hope you are joking." She was sure he was but she did a quick u/s and he is NOT thank God. I am terrified of having a c-section. Everything else was fine. I have another appt in 2 weeks. I did my pre-admittance too. The midwife got a little peaved at my weight gain but I always get weighed there at like 8 am, today it was not until 2:30 pm. So it said I was 5 lbs more than what I would normally have weighed. Anyways, hope everything is going well for the rest of you.

Well I think the appt went ok. I got an ultrasound first he stayed head down, sigh thank God! Then I went into a room with recliners nice and comfy for the non stress test. There were other ladies getting monitered as well. The poor one next to me was overdue and only had one contraction! She may get induced tonight. I guess I'm not feeling the contractions anymore as I was having quite a few. They didn't tell me anything other than, but they kept me hooked up an extra 20 minutes and kept having me move sides. I felt a little nervous as they came to me every few minutes and marked my paper, but they went every about 10 minutes to the other ladies. I wasn't told anything so I take it they would have said something if it were anything to worry about. I have to go every week now until the little guy comes. PATIENCE - Thats good that he is head down, I'm so worried mine'll flip right before delivery.

Morning, Ladies. I've been out of the loop the last few days! Still staying with my parents because our wood floors are getting refinished. I get to sleep in my own bed tonight - thank goodness! Hang in there, Brit - it's all for the best and soon we will all be thanking God this is over : ) I've got my 34wk appt this morning. I feel like I've gained a ton more weight since my appointment two weeks ago. One thing I'm noticing, my legs are very itchy. I'm constantly scratching my legs (below the knee). I googled it yesterday and found itchy legs could be from liver problems?? Anyone heard that before? I'll ask my doc later this morning.

Oooh scary Mari...I have heard that you can get itchy from some little PG rash but never the liver. Keep us updated! Yay on sleeping in your own bed!

How about just sleeping in general?!! I would take that...between peeing, leg cramps and looming belly I'm going insane!!! I was just making some cookies for the kids (oh who am I kidding, fine for me too) and I could barely stand up long enough to do it, my stomach kept feeling rock hard and I'm getting those shooting cervix pains. IS this over yet????

Appt went well - everything seems to be moving along as planned. Doc said the itchy legs are just hormones. She advised me to take some Benedryl... Hmmm... maybe the Benedryl will help me sleep!! Yay... I'm happy about sleeping in my own bed... doesn't necessarily mean I'll get any sleep, however! AAAHHHH.... I just want this over! I'm with you Saird - as soon as I feel myself falling asleep, I have to pee! This happens about 6 times a night!! Liz - how many times a week do you kickbox? I just signed myself up for Cardio Kickboxing after the baby is born. Do you like it?? I need to "kick" my b___t back into shape after the little guy is here.

Saird-Im glad to hear someone else is getting those wonderful cervix pains. I started getting them about a week ago and they are horrible when I am exercising. They were so bad yesterday that I kept having to walk at a snails pace to get them to stop. I asked my midwife about them yesterday and she said it means that Im having BH and they are pulling on the cervix.

Ladies we are seriously almost there. Although I don't have trouble sleeping my feet (especially the left one) look like elephany feet! I have the only cankles around! hahhahha. I can't help but laugh since it really does look funny. The little one also decided she likes my right rib cage- seems to always be under there. I'm so scared of how much more she will grow until it's "time" and the damage she can do in there. She is very active though- so cute. This weekend i plan to organize her closet and everything else! never knew how much there was to do!

I carry my medical record now and checked it this morning. I was like idling at 20 and every three minutes exactly I'd contract but only up to 30. Man I wish they would explain stuff I hate being left out of the loop, haha! Oh gosh I'm not sleeping these days, I was for most of the time and that changed now I'm up peeing about 3x and just NOT sleeping. I wish I could think of something to take benadryl for, hmm, my tummy itches a little... think it's a reaction to being pregnant??? I actually have the childrens chewable tablets I really think I'll ask if I can take one for no reason other than to get 1 good sleep in : ). THose cervix pains were so awful from 26-28 weeks then right after that ultrasound he turned head down and they were happening much less frequently and not so severe. Now they have started again, and he is head down, ugh ouch it made me jump last night in bed too.

Ooh good convo gals! Mari I do kickboxing on Tuesday and Wednesday nights...I LOVE LOVE LOVE that cla__s! It kicks my b___t but not at this stage of the game...well I guess it still does but in a different way you know? Like right now it kicks my b___t because I it is pretty hard to do squats and high kicks (who am I kidding? I could do high kicks without this babe!) but I don't do the crazy jumping around and stuff because mostly I get scared I will harm the babe. It's a great cla__s! I am just walking other days and kickboxing for some reason is so much easier on me. I have those cervix pains too but more of a feeling of pressure...like the urge to push pressure but I think that's because babe is still breech and it is just kicking me down there. I know I have time but I SERIOUSLY don't want a C-section...
