i am late by 5 days for my period and i have been trying to get pregnant. for the last 2 days i have brown spotting when i wipe myself does this mean i am pregnant?

Well it depends it changes for some people...ur sick..You put on weight ( that happens to everyone) urrm...some things you loves like smells and different foods make you sick you want wierd things ( foods ) and you sometimes get hartburn

Hey Lily, Darius, and anyone else... Sorry I have not been on in a couple of days, I can't always get on my computer everyday... Anyway, Darius if your gfriend is on the pill it is highly unlikely that she is preg., however if you are both really worried about it she should take a preg test, they are quite accurate usually. Lily, it would be almost impossible for you to be preg if you used a condom and your bfriend didn't even c_m in you; your first time having s_x doesn't really have anything to do with it. A lot of things can cause a period to be late, including worry and stress. If you are really worried about being preg than taking a preg test can give you some peace of mind. But your stomach hurting is not usually a sign of pregnancy, not right away at least; more likely you feel worried and guilty over s_x and now are freaked out that everyone will find out. Each person has to decide for themself when they are ready to have s_x, but often people feel ready before they are ready. If you wouldn't want anyone to know, if you would be horrified to be preg, these are maybe good signs that it would be healthy to wait on having s_x. Some of you say you had your period/spotting and are wondering if you are pregnant. If you have your period then you are not pregnant, however, when the embrio implants women sometimes bleed just a little bit, different than a period, but still some red or brownish spotting, if this is what you had it is possible you are pregnant. If you are very worried you should take a pregnancy test. Margarita, or others, if you think you took yours too early wait two weeks and then take the test again first thing in the morning. If you have not had s_x again and it comes out negative then you are not pregnant. Many things can cause a period to be late including stress, a late period is not always cause for huge concern.

I'm not sure if im pregnant.. my last period started on July 2nd.. it's August 9th and I have no sign of it.. I took a pregnancy test this morning, and it said I wasnt pregnant... could it be wrong? why is my period taking so long to get here??
