So I'm a little confuses I just had my IUD taking out May 18,2011 had a period June 7 and July 5 had pregnancy test done on July 4 for a medical procedure I was having it was negative on July 18 went to have same procedure done and test was positive. Went to see my doctor and said I was pregnant but no sac was visible yet is this possible and when did I get pregnant??? And how far along am I. I'm so confused. Hcg level last week was a 47.I don't go back to see results of other hcg levels till next Thursday.

That's a guessing game! I'm going to put my money on conception the first full week of July with a due date of April 1st. Your first trimester ultrasound will give you a date accurate to a few days. Just be sure to ask if the "weeks of pregnancy" is from the last theoretical good period, or from conception which is two weeks later.
