Missed Pills And Missed Period

During the month of May i missed my pill quite a few times.then around the 12th i had a few days of spotting.i went to the doctor who did a pregnancy test,which came back negative,but told me to wait until i missed my period.i've done home tests but all -.my period was due last Saturday and still hasn't come and no signs of doing so.last wk i had slight nausea and i have had no stress to cause this apart from the worry!!has anyone been in this situation or any advice.i'm going out of my mind!do u think it is likely iam preganant?

it can take a while to build up the hormaone that is why a - test is happening. do you know when you ovulate and have you ever missed a period before?
