Jadyns mommy, thanks for going to Jesse's site but did you see the new pict? It's the ones on "pictures"and it has a bunch of close-ups,in those he doesn't look that tiny nomore.BBK,whenever i go to NYC i will invite myself to eat at your place.I love different cuisines,i am stilllookingfor the original recepe for garlicsauce to go with shoarma and Gyros.I am a pretty good cook myself,my specialty is indonesian chicken.I do not like dutch food very much but love italian, greek, some turkish, oriental as long as it's not sushi,PS narcissus, you posted you are 50% Lebanese, how about the other 50%,and give Aja a bigkiss from me,i love his "fat" cheeks.

Shelly there is no original recipe, just several variations, and the taste depends heavily on the yogurt. Holland makes great cheeses though! Narcissus, Aja must be bigger now!

I agree about the cheeses,France has some good ones too!! I just don't like a lot of the "dutch dishes".A lot of it is mashed potatoes with some type of veggie puree in it.A friend of mine here in OK gave me a recepe for tzatziki sauce but it had something with potatoes in it,kind of off from what i am used to.Sorry about the spaces but my keyboard has been sticking for the last couple of days.I need to buy a new one or pay more attention.
