well today i went for 2 walks.. one was an hr. which was in the morning.. the other was only 30 min. after that i try to take a nap but it didnt work , so i went to take a warm shower..I saw that i was loosing more of the mucus plug. i did squats in there because i started to get really bad cramps.. well i got out the shower dressed n everything, and those cramps still wont' go away.. i just feel completely werid. I have so much pressure and have a bloaty feeling. i kinda feel worried. because im not recieving any contractions just alot of pressure below my ribs.. which i think its her foot.. and alot of pain in my Vag. area.. it really hurts to walk .. and i've had alot of loose stool for the past 2 days. So now i dont know what to do because i dont want to sleep and i've never felt this way before.. i dont want to jump into conclusions n go to L & D right away because like i said i dont feel contractions.. Any suggestions?

If you are getting cramps & pressure that is regular you might be in early labour so try to conserve as much of your energy as possible, by resting/sleeping if you can. Some women say that labour for them was more pressure than painful contractions, so you might just be one of the lucky ones that experience mostly pressure. If you are worried call your doctor/hospital & talk to someone about your symptoms, as they will have a better idea if it is early labour or something else - it NEVER hurts to call & check. Goodluck & I hope you have an easy labour - whenever that may be :)
