I am 39 weeks 80%, 4..almost 5 cm. My doctor has stripped me twice before with no results..Is there a way I can do it myself witout harming my baby??

Yes, all you need to know is where your own cervix is, insert a finger and make circular movements on the inner edge of the ca___l while at the same time stretching it. This loosens the membrane off the inner wall and aggravates the uterus into contractions :) G'luck!
