I'm almost 29 weeks, and my ultrasound today revealed that my baby is breech. The doc says there's an excellent chance that the baby will turn head down before delivery. I just want to hear from some women whose babies have actually turned. Do you think that those exercises designed to turn the baby are a waste of time right now?

I've never had a baby in a breech but had a friend that hers was. she would get onto her hands and kness and lower her head into her hands for about 5 min. also putting your lower boby up into the air with a lot of pillows. kinda like sitting in a reciliner upside down. I've heard these work but then again everyone is different. hope this works.

My daughter was breech up until my 32 week of pregnancy. Then she made the turn. I was concerned that she would turn back to breech but my doc said that it is highly unlikely because the lack of room. You will know when she turns...TRUST ME. I felt her do a sumersault in there. Good Luck!

My last 3 were breech. Two of them turned, after a chiropractic technique just week before delivery...(it adjusts your pelvis). My last baby had to be turned by version. I was told it was excruciating, but it actually was not painful at all. I had a highly specialized docotr who waqs very skilled which makes a difference. At 29 weeks you have plenty of time. At 38 weeks, I would consider some other options. Don't work, it will work out!

Well, Iwant8, you were right! Just went for my 32 week checkup, and he's head down. Now, if we could just get the little man to stay down.....
