Hey, I have read posts about bouncing on an exercise ball to help the baby get lower. Any particular way to bounce or any specific way to bounce?

I just sit with a chair in front of me to keep my balance and my legs around the ball and bounce away. That seemed to have worked for me to get her lower anyways.

you don't really have to bounce too much really. you should sit on the ball with your legs open (you'll find this is most comfortable and it helps you keep your balance) then gently rock/bounce from side to side. it's much less abrubt than bouncing. it is soothing, opens your pelvis and helps everything progress nicely.
