has anyone tried this, and it actually worked? I was reading about it, and it sounded like something I want to read about. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this?

I have read about heaps and plan on taking the lea__sons and giving it a try when i have a baby (will start ttc next year). It sounds really good and i must say im surprised it doesnt come up on this forum more often.
