Pregnancy Info HOME

I am 38 weeks along 2+ cm dilated and having contractions but nothing regular so the hospital sent me home. This is my third pregnancy and both of my other ones were two weeks late and had to be induced. I have never went into labor on my own and i would like to change that this time. Any suggestions on how to speed this one up? Also is castor oil the same thing as mineral oil? Thanks!!!
