I Need Helpful Labor Relief Ideas

This is my second pregnancy and we are opting for natural childbirth this time. It has been 3 years since my last but I can remember how painful it was. We are 3 months away from my due date and we are packing the labor bag and we need some good ideas.

I just tried to breath through the early contractions, had a soak in the bath after about 11 hours, then used the TENs machine....all this time I stayed at home, then when I went into hospital I was 8cm dialated so I was given the gas and air, 3 hours later my son was born! I would advise you to just stay at home as long as possible!!
