Instructions Re Black And Blue Cohosh

I was doing some research and came across this site that tells how to induce labor with these two herbs.
It seems a bit much to me.

It's not a bit much. All you have to do is mix the two herbs into a tea. One starts contractions and the other makes them continuous.

i would advise against this.it has been demonstrated in clinical studies that blue cohosh can cause heart failure/heart attacks in infants.tried the blue cohosh last week and was violently ill
