I am 28 weeks and I just lost my mucus plug. I am nervous. Am I in labor?

You might not be in labor, but if you lost your mucus plug you should call your doctor or midwife. Good luck

LaRen I highly doubt it but you are very early off to be losing your mucus plug, are you sure thats what it was...Many woman lose there's weeks and weeks before delivery...some dont lose it at all until delivery, and then others just dont notice it...your probably fine but call your doc just to check in...good luck

No it can run out as soon as 5 months. Be carefeul and try to not stress out. Try not to lift or pull anything.
