Nipple stimulation to induce takes a lot of time and has risks that you should consider. You literally have to spend hours doing this, either manually or you can use an (electric) b___st pump. I think the best way to do this is with an electric pump, if possible. You're supposed to switch between each nipple, and spend about 15 minutes on them before changing to the other... for hours... so, good luck. This is a good site to check out for more information on what to do, as well as learn a bit about the risks. http://www.birthingnaturally.net/cn/technique/nipple.html "Most pract_tioners are not enthusiastic about this method of inducing labor, because it has been known to lead to excessively long, strong uterine contractions sometimes resulting in fetal heart rate slowing. Unless your pract_tioner advises it and is monitoring your progress closely, nipple stimulation is not recommended as a means for beginning labor." You should try asking if you can get your membranes swept/stripped. My midwife did this to me yesterday and my contractions have started and gotten more and more regular since then.
