i was due the 26th and im also scheduled for induction on wensday ^_^ im really not 'too' uncomfortable been feeling the same last 2 months lol x.x i did get very depressed when due day came and gone i cried the whole day and since then i gave up on walking for 3 hours a day adn qwit drinkin cohosh tea and all the other c___p i was told would help lol i figure its pointless he doesnt wanna come out so im just wait till the doc MAKES him lol i know apr adn lauraloo are both around to apr is due today i bevlie adn lauraloo yesterday i think x.x they will prolly join in here soon ^_^

Hi Revel, I saw your name somewhere else on this forum and yes, I think we are in the same boat! Not sure how it is for you, but I never understood what the big deal was to go past the due date, but time is soooo slow. What are you doing to pa__s time?

well i go out everyday with my friend who is 34 weeks prego adn we drive around pretty much and wait for my hubby to get off work to pick him up LOL we eat all day it seems x.x nah lately we had been searching different places trying to find thuings to help speed up labor but nothing worked x.x i think my only problem is i want my little guy in my arms not my tummy! and the heartburn thast pretty bad but otehr then that not to bad lol finally temps dropped from 90's and 100's to the high 70's and low 80's so tahts makin these last few days a little better :) i know today im going to scrub my house from top to bottom i haev alot of work thast i been putting off cuz i cant stand to sit at home lol then tomorrow im not sure what ima do but its my last whole day of 'freedom' so ima sleep till 1pm then crawl out of bed and do something i hope lol i should spend a little time with my kitty to cuz he is super jealouse adn he KNOWS something is happening and my kitty has been my baby for the last 3 years lol

oh yeah you should join our other thread in the thirdtrimester forum me and apr adn lauraloo have our own thread for july mommies who becomeing august mommies :) would be nice to have you there ^_^

Hi Revel, Thanks for your invite! It's been another sleepless night but today's the day. Induction!!! Hopefully you have are off to the hospital by now. I'm giving them a call in 30 min or so. I'm scared I'll be there for some time, since I was not even dialated or fully effaced yesterday at my exam. So... lots of books and magazines! Good luck to you!

yeah i went to dco this mourning to get a final check adn he said im not even 20% effaced and still barely a centemeter dialated so they said that i might be going into friday before the little guy is born x.x i hope you rinduction goes better then i thin kmine is going to lol good luck ^_^

Hi there, I am also miserable. And I feel so alone over here. It really isnt fair. I was due on July 31st... and for the moment baby seems very content where he is... You 2-Crimson and Revel must have gone to the hospital for your induction, so I must be talking to myself over here... :(

I am due tommorrow, Aug 4th, but I am so depressed today. Wouldnot like to see me over due in 1 week. You gals are strong.

hey guys, if its any consolation, I've just read in a book that a normal pregnancy duration is anything between 37-42 weeks. The 40 week time line is just used as an average as its in between the space of weeks. So just try to think that every baby develops differently and maybe our little ones are just doing what is natural to them and are not overdue at all. Keep your spirits up gals and enjoy your me-time cos it will soon be gone xxx

hey ladies. I too am overdue ( a week tomorrow) Was 4 cm dilated at 35 weeks and my midwife a__sumed I'd only get to 37 weeks approx. At my tuesday appointment I was 5 cm and fully effaced but still no baby (Agghhhh!) Just a__suming I'll be induced in another week now as don't think I'm gonna get any further by myself. Still though ... SO frustrating. Sick of people calling and asking if I'm uncomfortable and when I say yes saying "brill, even more so than yesterday...this must be the day"Just have to keep reminding myself this can only go on another week :-}

Yes , I am in the sameboat. I was due on the 31st and still waiting. I am hopefully going into the hospital today for induction. your right it does seem like a long time and it seems like you notice ever little thing. I just keep checking to make sure she is still moving as expected...
