Please Read Could This Be Labor

I am 38 and a half weeks prgnant. Well i had my bloody show around 10 pm last night. Its now 5 in the morning and ever since i had my show ive been having contractions. ive been writing them down but they are irregular. (some 8 min, some 10, some 14) But i keep having them and my back is also hurting. And my stomach hurts during the contractions like menstrual pain. Ive never had this kind of discomforting BH contractions. Could this be the start of labor or do you think it will just go away? Could my contractions start evening themselves out or is it unlikely that this is even labor?

Im sure you probably figured it out by now but I through in an answer anyways, I would think it is labor, I don't think the contractions have to be exactly regular as long as they keep coming.

I am pregnant now with my third but I knew with my first two because of the bloddy show and contractions. I also had horrible back labor with the first two. It sounds like the real thing to me. You're probably at the hospital now though. Good luck!

Well it was. I had my baby boy at 7:34 saturday morning. So i was in labor for over 24 hours. have to say that having a baby is the most wonderful thing in the world. It feels so good taking care of this little guy.
