Second Baby Dropping

I am almost 35 weeks into my second pregnancy and I am pretty sure my baby dropped earlier this week (my belly is just much lower than it was). I have heard that with second pregnancies, dropping usually happens during or just before labor. Just wondering about the experiences of those who have had 2+ pregnancies. I'm hoping this means baby will come closer to 38 weeks, as opposed to being "late": ) Input?

I am only 28 weeks and i have already gone into labor. just this morning I noticed that my baby has dropped even lower. He was low to begin with, but nothing serious until today. I can barely walk. It is hard for me to stand up because of all the pressure. I am pretty sure that i will be going into labor anyday now. My due date is Sept. 12th so I will be early with my second one. My first one i was 3.5 weeks late. So, i know what you mean. I couldn't get the first one out and I can't keep the second one in.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and the baby dropped probbaly a good 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to find information on it for a while. He has moved down even the dr. checked me and said YES. I am hoping to keep him in at least for another 6-7 wks. My first one was also induced.

I'm just 2 days into my 33rd week, and my mom's friendly just told me that my belly looked like it dropped.

If the doctor says the head is low, does that mean the baby dropped?

Hahaha... I am just the opposite, My first was two weeks early, and this one is not really dropping, and I am two days away from due date... not really late yet, but not getting too optomistic yet either. Good luck to all of you!!!
