I am worried about what to do for delivery of my baby. I had a c-section with my last baby-15 months ago-she was breech because of my uterus being shaped like a heart. Due to the shape-I got pregnant very easy with an IUD-which is still in there too. I just found out that a VBAC may be very dangerous because of the shape leading to more of a risk of rupturing...I dont know what to do, and I am scared. When my baby is born-I will have a 17 month old who still needs me during the day when Daddy is working-and if I do a c-section-she will not get picked up or held like she likes... also, I want more kids-I would not be complete with only 2...I have always wanted a big family-and with a c-section, they dont like to do a bunch of them. If anyone has a similar problem they have dealth with...please give me some info. I dont want to lose my uterus all together...and i dont want a c-section...HELP

This is a toughy... The percentage of uterine rupture is identical for VBAC and non VBAC if you don't add induction into the mix.. in which case the rupture rate for VBACs goes up....
I am not sure where you have gotten your info for the heart shaped part of it, but I would really look into that further!
