When my water bag breaks and I start to leak fluid, what do I do? Do I need to wear sanitary pads on just keep my underpants on and keep changing?

I think you go strait to the hospital! Even if you're leaking fluid, call your doctor immediately because loss of the amniotic fluid could easily cause an infection if the baby goes for hours without it.

When my water broke, about three or four minutes later, I was having extreme contractions and went to the hospital. Also, what Maddie said is right, call your doctor asap.

Yes, put on a pad and go to the hospital. My water broke in a gush and 15 minutes later I had my baby...so get to the hospital as soon as you can.

Go to the Dr. and don't put a tampon in there. You can use a pad.
