Hi, I'm 36 weeks 1day and for the last few days I have been having these period like cramps waking me up in the morning, then through out the day. Does this mean I may be having my babay soon?

Hi Toni,
It doesn't necessarily mean you will be having your baby any time very soon. Braxton hicks are meant to prepare the uterus for the work of labour. You could have them for several weeks before it is actually time. However, they are not usually strong enough to wake you up out of a sleep so i would discuss it with my doctor just to be sure that you are not going into labour prematurely. Good luck!
